A device for fire suppression that disperses a fine aerosol (solid particles and gas) into a protected area when activated. The aerosol interrupts the chemical chain reaction of combustion, effectively extinguishing flames. These units are commonly used in enclosed spaces such as server rooms, engine compartments, or electrical cabinets.
