A motorized valve used in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to regulate and switch between heating and cooling water circuits for terminal units such as fan coil units, chilled beams, or radiant panels. The valve integrates the functions of two three-way valves into a single compact unit with six ports. The electric actuator (servo motor) automatically positions the valve to direct or modulate the flow of hot or chilled water, based on control signals (e.g., 0?10V, 2?10V, or digital communication).
